Historically, inequity has been mistakenly accepted as a pre-condition for growth. In recent times, this concept has started to be questioned, where we are moving towards more equitable models of economic growth. What is important to note is that these conversations should not be stopping on economic models, and should be carried on to analyse how differently climate change will affect the rich and the poor. If you want to learn more about the inequitable effects of climate change, and how climate change is being commodified, then join this session for an engaging and thoughtful discussion!
