We are going green by 2020, 2030, 2050 and blah blah blah…Can we do something about it? We can’t be sure whether governments or policy makers will be able to achieve this goal, but we can’t just sit and wait for them any longer.

I believe our young changemakers and green entrepreneurs can play their part in tackling climate change by innovating affordable green products and services. People always look for better products and services at cheaper prices. No matter how eco-friendly, sustainable a new product is, if it is not better and cheaper than the existing ones, it will surely fail at some point. So, How to design scalable products that benefit the environment? What are the challenges in designing affordable green products? Let’s talk about what we would need to do to offer better products at cheaper costs. This might take a lot of time but I hope we can set a goal and say, “We are going to offer sustainable products at affordable prices by 2025” – Sounds more believable to me, I trust green entrepreneurs more than governments and policy makers.
