He will share his journey and the way he is now empowering business leaders to become regenerative. Neils will invite you to think through a systemic lens considering impact as a 360° and dynamic approach. He will provide you with tools and insights to lead the change you want to see in the world co-creating solutions going beyond sustainability.

Niels de Fraguier

Niels is a young leader, changemaker, committed to a better world. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Positive Impact Community empowering business leaders to go beyond sustainability. He has led and founded multiple positive impact initiatives empowering communities across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. His background is at the intersection of youth, social impact, and sustainability. Niels is on a mission to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs taking sustainability to the next level.

Penelope Milner

Show bio +Penelope is a Geography BA with Quantitative Methods student at the University of Leeds. She is also a member of the steering group for the Green Futures Course at the Climate Challenge College in Todmorden. The course is focused on providing people over the age of 16 with knowledge of agroecology and renewable energies as well as practical skills including natural building and repairing and reusing materials to pursue a green career. She is also the founding President of Leeds Rotaract Club, which was recently established in October 2021. Rotaract is open to anyone aged 18-30 with a passion for creating a positive difference in the community, volunteering, and fundraising. Two key priorities for her are ensuring the protection of the natural environment and encouraging sustainability and biodiversity.
