In this session we explore the sources of good ideas; from megatrends to daily frustrations, how do we make the massive approachable and the mundane compelling? How might we use the idea of changes to ‘practices’ as a framework for innovation?

Show bio +Dave is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the multi-award-winning Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bristol (www.bristol.ac.uk/innovation) (CATE 2019, NEEA 2018, Vice-Chancellor’s Award 2017) and a BILT Teaching Fellow supporting the embedding of innovation and enterprise into the curriculum. A former Head of Careers, Head of Enterprise Education, and Chairman and Director of Enterprise Educators UK (www.enterprise.ac.uk). Dave is a Fellow of the HEA, the RSA, and an Honorary Fellow of EEUK. He also writes a blog about enterprising ‘side projects’ at www.davejarman.co.uk/blog
